Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer. We'll notify you by email if there are any delays.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand) We offer free shipping on all orders within New Zealand via NZ Post. Once dispatched, delivery timeframes will depend on your location and the NZ Post service selected at checkout.

Express Shipping Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery. Express orders are prioritised in our processing queue.

International Shipping We ship internationally via NZ Post. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that international delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs processing delays outside of our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. Weekend Mish is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll work with NZ Post to investigate.
