Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer. We'll notify you by email if there are any delays.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand) Once dispatched, delivery timeframes will depend on your location and the NZ Couriers service selected at checkout.

Express Shipping Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery. Express orders are prioritised in our processing queue.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll work with NZ Couriers to investigate.
